Visit /register and complete the three-step form. You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address and a date of birth confirming you are 18 or over. The whole process takes under two minutes. After submitting, verify your mobile number with the OTP code sent by SMS and your yo999 account is ready immediately. No document upload is required at registration – KYC documents may be requested before your first withdrawal.

No. yo999 strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected by matching mobile numbers, CNIC numbers and device fingerprints. If a duplicate account is found, both accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds forfeited. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support@yo999.ws immediately to have it closed before any action is taken against your primary account.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Email support@yo999.ws from your registered email address, provide your CNIC number and state the new mobile number you want to register. Our team will send a verification request to both the old and new numbers. The change is completed within one business day once both numbers are confirmed. Mobile number changes cannot be made from within Account Settings directly for security reasons.

No. yo999 accounts do not expire due to inactivity. Your balance, VIP points, bet history and account settings are preserved indefinitely. However, if an account remains inactive for more than 12 months and holds a balance, yo999 will attempt to contact the account holder before treating it as dormant under the platform's Terms and Conditions. Reactivating a dormant account requires identity verification via support@yo999.ws.

To permanently close your yo999 account, email support@yo999.ws with your registered mobile number and CNIC, and state clearly that you want the account closed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method before closure. Account closure is irreversible — a new registration with the same mobile number or CNIC is not permitted after closure unless specifically approved by our compliance team.

However, Easypaisa and JazzCash may charge their standard wallet-to-wallet transfer fee on their end – this is a charge from your wallet provider, not from yo999. Check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app for their current fee schedule. Bank transfers via IBFT are typically free from most Pakistani banks for online transactions.

No. yo999 requires that deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name – the same name as your yo999 account. Deposits from third-party accounts (a family member's Easypaisa, a friend's JazzCash) are not accepted and will be returned. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement that applies to all transactions. Withdrawals must also go to an account in your own name.
