By accessing yo999 at yo999.ws, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or game wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and yo999.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use yo999. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version. yo999 will notify users of material changes by publishing an updated version with a revised date at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every service offered through yo999 – including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, jackpot slots, crash games, Ludo games, roulette, live casino, the VIP Club and any promotional programmes.

yo999 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. yo999 does not permit minors to use any part of its services under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of yo999 or any of its affiliate companies.

yo999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, yo999 will suspend the account and may retain any funds deposited until the verification is resolved. All winnings accumulated on an unverified account may be voided.

To use yo999, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a password. You may only hold one active account on yo999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – regardless of the device, payment method or email address used – is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. yo999 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your account credentials with anyone. yo999 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing. Notify yo999 immediately at support@yo999.ws if you suspect your account has been compromised.

yo999 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected on your account. KYC may require submission of a copy of your Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method.

All deposits on yo999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yo999 does not charge any deposit fees. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits are typically credited to your yo999 balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers may take up to 2–4 hours during banking hours. yo999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits – where payment originates from an account not belonging to the registered yo999 account holder – are not permitted and will result in account suspension;
• yo999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by players without prior written notification to yo999 may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover funds.

yo999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that does not comply with these terms or that appears to be related to money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful activity.

Withdrawal requests on yo999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by yo999 for standard accounts; Diamond VIP members are additionally guaranteed zero fees on all withdrawals regardless of amount.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: under 5 minutes for standard accounts; under 2 minutes for VIP Gold and above;
• IBFT bank transfer: 2–4 hours during banking hours;
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days.

Before processing a withdrawal for the first time, yo999 may require completion of KYC verification including submission of a copy of your CNIC. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held until verification is finalised. yo999 is not liable for delays arising from incomplete KYC submissions.

yo999 offers a range of bonuses, promotions and loyalty rewards to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, VIP tier rewards and special seasonal promotions such as PSL and Eid offers. Each promotion has specific terms that are published alongside it and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on yo999 unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets that qualify towards wagering requirements for a different bonus unless explicitly stated;
• yo999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically;
• VIP cashback under the yo999 VIP Club programme is credited with zero wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately. All other bonus types carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets placed on yo999 are subject to the specific rules published for each game and betting market. In all cases, the maximum payout for any single bet or game round is capped at Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees) unless otherwise stated in the specific game or market rules. yo999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game for any individual player at any time.

For sports betting and cricket betting specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. yo999 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data from the match. yo999 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets during data outages;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, settled bets will follow the rules published for that specific sport;
• For PSL and other cricket tournaments, if a match does not complete at least the minimum number of overs required for a result under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

For casino games, crash games and roulette, the displayed RTP and game rules published within each game are binding. All game outcomes on yo999 are generated by certified random number generators or, for live dealer games, by physical equipment in regulated studio environments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yo999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to conceal your location or circumvent access restrictions;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or money laundering activities;
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Collusion with other players to exploit games or bonuses;
• Placing bets on both sides of a market to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) in a manner that exploits bonus or promotion terms;
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors – any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.

yo999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; reasonable suspicion of money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or at the request of the account holder under a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.

On closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not due to breach), any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the account holder via the most recent withdrawal method used, minus any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. On closure due to breach, yo999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@yo999.ws. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

yo999 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended as entertainment for adults who choose to participate voluntarily and who play within their financial means. yo999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost and with no waiting period:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Takes effect immediately;
• Loss limits: Set a cap on net losses over a defined period. Takes effect immediately;
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your session duration and net result;
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from yo999 for a minimum of six months, one year or permanently. Takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the minimum period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yo999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

yo999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yo999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes and third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. yo999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. yo999 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

yo999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the version number and effective date at the top of this page will be updated and registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of yo999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using yo999 immediately and contact support to close your account.

Minor changes – such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or adjustments to formatting – may be made without formal notification, though the version number and date will always reflect the most recent update.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
